Q. Do I need to set additional permissions on Mac for SlidesClicker to work? Additional Permission is needed for SlidesClicker to work on Mac. In System Preferences - Security & Privacy, SlidesClicker app needs to be added to Accessibility, Automation (System Events) and Screen Recording.

Q. How do I updgrade/cancel my subscription?
You can go to http://www.slidesclicker.com/profile to edit your profile, make changes to your subscription or update your payment preferences etc.
Q. Where do I enter the license key that I purchased? You do not have to add the license key anywhere. Your license key is pulled directly from our servers using your login credentials. Just ensure that you are loggedin into SlidesCliker web or windows/mac client using same email that you used to purchase the license.
Q. What does control of presenters mean? Controlling presenters means enabling/disabling access to them so they can forward or reverse the slides on host's computer slideshow only when host wants to. Multiple presenters can be enabled at same time.
Q. Why is presenters not able to control my slides or I cannot see slides moving in my presentation when presenter presses in client left/right buttons? For slides to advance back/forth, you need to ensure 3 things -
1) You have the SlidesClicker installed on your machine - Windows or Mac version.
2) You have Presenter access enabled to enable the presenter to control slides.
3) Your slides should be in full screen slideshow mode or focus should be in presentation application.
Q. Can I set all presenters to be enabled by default, so I don't have to manually enable them each time? Sure, simply go to Meetings tab and select that option.
Q. Why is option 'Show Slides Screenshots to Presenters' disabled for me? The option requires Premium license and can be only set from installed clients - Windows or Mac.
