SlidesClicker supports OIDC integration with any identity provider (Auth0, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, etc.)
Each customer configures their own OIDC credentials securely.

WHAT YOU NEED

  1. Your company email domain (e.g., acme.com)
  2. An OIDC-compatible identity provider (Entra ID, Auth0, Okta, Google, etc.)
  3. OIDC Application credentials

STEP 1: CONFIGURE YOUR IDENTITY PROVIDER

For Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD):

  • Create an Application Registration
  • Set Redirect URI to: https://www.slidesclicker.com/sso-callback
  • Set account types to your organization

For Auth0:

  • Create a Regular Web Application
  • Set Allowed Callback URLs to: https://www.slidesclicker.com/sso-callback

For Other Providers:

  • Create an application/client
  • Set Callback/Redirect URI to: https://www.slidesclicker.com/sso-callback

STEP 2: COLLECT YOUR OIDC CREDENTIALS

Gather these values from your identity provider:

  1. Issuer URL (Authority/OpenID Provider URL)
    Example: https://login.microsoftonline.com/tenant-id/v2.0
    Example: https://company.us.auth0.com
  2. Client ID
    Example: 12345678-1234-1234-1234-123456789012
  3. Client Secret
    (Keep this secure - enter only in form)
  4. Email Domain(s) your users authenticate with
    Example: acme.com,acme.org

STEP 3: ENTER YOUR OIDC CONFIGURATION

Go to Profile Account and then SSO Setup. Use the form on this page to enter your OIDC credentials and click Save.

STEP 4: USERS LOG IN

Users log in with their company email:

Option A (Automatic - recommended):

  • Users visit: https://www.slidesclicker.com/[email protected]
  • System automatically detects their domain and redirects to your identity provider
  • After authentication, user is automatically provisioned and logged in

Option B (Manual):

  • Users visit: https://www.slidesclicker.com/sso-login
  • They see a form to enter their email

SECURITY

  • All OIDC credentials are stored securely on SlidesClicker servers
  • Credentials are NEVER stored on client devices
  • Users authenticate directly with YOUR identity provider
  • SlidesClicker never sees user passwords
